North Country Cheviot June 2023 Fiber Club fiber of the month

This is the fiber from June's monthly subscription box. A lovely North Country Cheviot grown in WA state. Cheviots fall around the down breed category which is how this wool processed out and feels to me. The staple length of this wool was about 3 inches. Micron tends to be high 20s to low 30s so could be spun for next to skin wear. There is some VM and little pilling but still spins like a dream. If you are wanting to expand your spinning repertoire this the wool for you!
